Day 33- Shopping Mall, Finalizing of project

Hi everyone, the sun was shining brightly in the afternoon that you could really feel the ‘Singapore heat’ while walking along the street. I could hardly feel the cold air till night falls. The temperature is about

Class starts at 9am today. Ms Neo did exam revision with us and we did a 2009 past year paper till about 12pm. It was a short day so LingLi, Cynthia, Winnie and I decided to go to 'Shopping Mall' for lunch and WalMart. All of us including WeiQin and SoonLing whom met us later had a great time buying food there. We all spent a few hundred at a go and that despite there is a free delivery service for customers who bought 200rmb and above, the destination of delivery location is only limited to within 1km from the WalMart. Hence, we had no choice but to take a taxi back to the hostel.

Boxes where we took and packed our things from WalMart.

Reflection:
While hiring a taxi from the road when we are coming back with cartons of boxes, some taxi drivers decided not to fetch us despite we have barely three people in a taxi instead of four. I felt that those drivers are different from those in Singapore. They earned money through their own convenience instead of for the sake of stepping over their limits of principles such that when they have already made their decision to fetch a customer to a certain destination or that they want to ease their troubles of taking too much load in their taxi, they declined the passenger's offer.
